Agreement and operator

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Mickey Elliott, the individual sole proprietor operating the Service Timer software service (“Service Timer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Service Timer, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Service Timer for an Organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

Service and accounts

Service Timer provides planning, timing, display, collaboration, reporting, and notification tools. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, assigning appropriate permissions, and activity performed through your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, disrupt it, bypass access controls, upload harmful content, or infringe another person’s rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of plans, notes, media links, and other content you provide. You grant Service Timer a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use submitted content.

Service Timer SMS Messaging Terms

After opting out, you must sign in and complete the consent process again to restore SMS delivery. SMS use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. A public explanation of the enrollment process is available at https://servicetimer.app/sms-consent.

Subscriptions and changes

Paid features, prices, limits, trials, and Early Access programs may change. Applicable prices and billing terms are presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are nonrefundable except where required by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, but will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.

Live-service responsibility

Service Timer is an operational aid and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free timing, messaging, internet connectivity, or display availability. Maintain appropriate human oversight and backup procedures for important live services. You remain responsible for operational decisions and the accuracy of plans and adjustments.

Termination and disclaimers

You may stop using Service Timer at any time. We may restrict access for misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Service Timer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Washington law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be sent to support@servicetimer.app.
